About Me

UBC Mechanical Engineering Student

I'm Daniel Benjamin, a passionate mechanical engineering student at the University of British Columbia with a focus on automotive, aerospace, and prosthetics development.

Throughout my academic journey, I've developed a strong foundation in engineering principles while gaining hands-on experience through various projects and internships. My interests span across multiple domains including robotics, vehicle dynamics, composite materials, and embedded systems development.

I'm particularly drawn to projects that combine mechanical design with software development, allowing me to leverage both my CAD skills and programming abilities. Whether it's designing Formula SAE components, developing automation tools, or working on innovative prosthetics solutions, I'm always excited to tackle complex engineering challenges.

When I'm not working on engineering projects, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest developments in technology, contributing to open-source projects, and sharing my knowledge through technical writing on my blog.
