Design Projects (Year 1-2)

In my first year on the team, I helped with manufacturing the aero kit, the body panels, and the accumulator enclosure. I also contributed to the design of enclosure mounting tabs, closeouts, and the steering rack cover. In my second year, I was the lead designer for the Vehicle Controller (VC) enclosure. I designed the enclosure in SOLIDWORKS and worked with the electronics team to ensure it met all technical requirements for the circuit board, including thermal management, component accessibility, and structural integrity.
